Terms & Conditions for the “Open More Online Banking Accounts and Win Rewards” Campaign

1.The “Open More Online Banking Accounts and Win Rewards” Campaign is intended exclusively for employees of all KBZ Bank branches. The primary objective of this Campaign is to recognize and reward KBZ Bank branches that are able to increase the number of Online Banking (Personal) account openings, thereby encouraging KBZ Bank customers to make greater use of Online Banking services. Monthly cash rewards will be awarded to eligible branches as recognition for their achievements.

2.This Campaign period will run for three (3) months, starting from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026. Monthly cash prizes will be awarded to the winning KBZ Bank branches throughout the Campaign period.

3.In this Campaign, KBZ Bank branches will be scored based on the number of Online Banking (Personal) accounts opened. All currently operating KBZ Bank branches are eligible to participate. To qualify for rewards, each KBZ Bank branch must successfully open a minimum of thirty (30) Online Banking (Personal) accounts per month during the Campaign period. Only branches that meet this minimum requirement will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

4.During the Campaign period, once every month, among the KBZ Bank branches that qualify under Clause (3), prizes will be awarded to the branches with the highest number of Online Banking account openings, namely First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, and High Achiever Awards. In addition, among the branches that successfully open at least thirty (30) Online Banking (Personal) accounts per month during the Campaign period, five (5) KBZ Bank branches will be randomly selected to receive Bonus Rewards.

5.The scoring system and monthly prize amounts for KBZ Bank employees are as follows:

6.In addition, branches that open new Online Banking (Personal) accounts for New-to-Bank (NTB) customers who previously had no accounts with KBZ Bank will receive additional points. The percentage of NTB Online Banking (Personal) accounts out of the total number of Online Banking (Personal) accounts opened by a branch within a month will be calculated, and points will be awarded as follows:

7.The prizes and reward amounts for this Campaign are as follows:

8.As points in this Campaign are awarded based on Online Banking (Personal) account openings, if two or more KBZ Bank branches receive the same score, the final decision will be determined based on the Login Active and Transaction Active status of the Online Banking (Personal) accounts opened by those branches.

9.The winning KBZ Bank branches will be announced:

  • For the first month: during the second week of July 2026
  • For the second month: during the second week of August 2026
  • For the third month: during September 2026

10.The reward amounts for winning KBZ Bank branches will be directly transferred to the KBZPay account of the respective branch manager within ten (10) working days after the announcement of the winners.

11.The number of Online Banking account openings will be verified based on the branch address entered in the Maker accounts within the FCDB Admin Portal. Therefore, branches are required to ensure that their Maker account information is updated accurately.

12.If any dispute arises between KBZ Bank employees and KBZ Bank in relation to this Campaign, the responsible officials of KBZ Bank will carefully review and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable laws to ensure that employees’ rights and entitlements are not adversely affected.

13.KBZ Bank reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to amend, modify, suspend, terminate, and/or cancel the Campaign, including any benefits or features related thereto, without prior notice.

14.Participants acknowledge and agree that they shall not be entitled to any compensation from KBZ Bank for any cancellation, termination, or changes to the Campaign or its terms and conditions made without prior notice.

15.KBZ Bank’s general terms and conditions shall also apply.

16.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

17.KBZ Bank reserves the right to make changes to any activities carried out under this Campaign due to COVID-19 or other circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s reasonable control, including unforeseen natural disasters. During such unforeseen events, any failure or delay by KBZ Bank in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a breach of these Terms and Conditions, nor shall KBZ Bank be held liable to users or any other person.
