1. “Shop at Sweety Home with KBZ  Cards for  your Dream Home and Win Up to (1) Million Kyats” campaign is valid from 1st June 2026 to 30th June 2026 (1 month).

2.      The purpose of this Campaign is to organize for all KBZ Bank Debit and Credit Cardholders to participate in the Campaign and enjoy Lucky Draw prizes and Cashback by making successful payment of the specified amount on KBZ POS at participating Sweety Home Outlets, as specified in Clause 6.

3. During the Campaign period, the following KBZ Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards are eligible.

4. Lucky Draw Program for KBZ Bank Debit and Credit Cardholders

During the Campaign period, KBZ Debit and Credit Cardholders are automatically eligible in the Lucky Draw program by making a transaction successfully with a minimum spending amount of Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) MMK and above per voucher on KBZ POS with KBZ Debit Card and Credit Card at the participating Sweety Home Outlets, as specified in Clause 6. KBZ Debit and Credit Cardholders will receive one (1) lucky draw entry for every Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) MMK spent per voucher and the more KBZ Debit and Credit Cardholders spend with KBZ Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards, the more they will have many chances to win the highest prize Ten Hundred Thousand (1,000,000) MMK.

The following prizes included in the Lucky Draw Program are:

• Cash Prize Ten Hundred Thousand (1,000,000) MMK – (1) prize
• Cash Prize One Hundred Thousand (100,000) MMK – (5) prizes
• Consolation Prizes (Sweety Home Brand double bed sheets worth around 100,000 MMK) – (10) prizes.

5. Special Additional Benefits for KBZ Bank Credit Cardholders 

KBZ Bank Credit Cardholders who make a minimum payment of Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) MMK and above per voucher on KBZ POS at participating Sweety Home outlets and successfully convert the transaction into Smart Deal Program will receive an additional cashback reward of Ten Thousand (10,000) MMK as a Double Reward. 7. In this Campaign, the cash prizes will be credited within seven (7) working days after the Campaign period. For KBZ Bank Debit Cardholders, the cash prizes will be credited to the bank account linked to their KBZ Debit Cards. For KBZ Credit Bank Cardholders, the cash prizes will be directly credited to their KBZ Credit Card accounts. Eligible Cardholders will be notified via SMS and Email once the cash prizes have been credited. 

8. The eligible KBZ Bank Cardholders for Lucky Draw prizes and Cashback must not have submitted a request to close their KBZ Credit Cards. They need to be system active users and non-delinquent users of Credit Cards without payment delinquencies during the three months prior to the Campaign month.

9. Consolation prize winners will have to claim their consolation prizes during the office hours at  Yangon office address: Card Business Unit (CBU), Building No. (MS-4), 2nd Floor, Kandawgyi Yeikmon, Upper Mandalay Road, Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township or  Mandalay office address: Mandalay Branch (44), Upper Floor, Corner of 26th Street and 74th Street, Chan Aye Thar San Township, till 31st August 2026 (Not included Public Holidays). KBZ Bank will not be held responsible for prizes claimed after the specified deadline. Winners shall have no right to request late claims for such prizes.

10.      Consolation prize winners need to be collected in person with the winner’s original NRC and are not allowed to claim on behalf of the winners. The winner may accept the reward only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the reward received by the Winner. KBZ Bank will not, under any circumstances, exchange Consolation prizes received from this program for cash.

11. Lucky Draw winners and Cashback eligible cardholders will be announced on KBZ Bank’s Facebook official page (with a blue mark) and official website within seven (7) working days after the Campaign. Therefore, Lucky Draw winners and Cashback eligible cardholders must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and phone number (not the full phone number) to announce on social media and on the official website. 

12. The date of announcing the eligible Cardholders for Lucky Draw prizes and Cashback on KBZ Bank’s Facebook official page (with a blue mark) and official website and the date for crediting the cash prizes may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control.

13. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN.

14. During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Debit Card and Credit Card will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this campaign period.

15. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.

16. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Debit Card and Credit Card Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.

17. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or campaign and the benefits or features regarding this campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

18. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

19. All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of  Sweety Home  shops shall also apply.

20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

21. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions during those circumstances

22. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions     shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
