“Register KBZ Online Banking and Grab a Chance to Win the Big Prizes” Campaign Terms and Conditions

  1. “Register KBZ Online Banking and Grab a Chance to Win the Big Prizes” Campaign is specified from 9th January 2026 to 3rd April 2026.
  1. The purpose of this Campaign is for KBZ Online Banking New Customers who open KBZ Online Banking Account (iBanking/ mBanking) to win Bi-Weekly Cash Prizes: 11 prizes of ten thousand (10,000) MMK, 3 prize of fifty thousand (50,000) MMK, 1 prize of one hundred thousand (100,000) MMK and KBZ Online Banking New Customers who make at least 1 transaction after account opening to win Special Cash Prizes: 1 prize of one million (1,000,000) MMK every month.
  2. KBZ Online Banking New Customers who open the new KBZ Online Banking Account and/or make at least 1 transaction on KBZ Online Banking after opening the new Online Banking Account during the Campaign period will automatically be eligible to participate in this Campaign. During this Campaign, the Customers who open the new Online Banking Account and make a transaction on KBZ Online Banking will get 1 chance to Lucky Draw to win bi-weekly cash prizes and special cash prizes. There is no limitation on the times of transaction and transaction amount in this Campaign.
  3. The winners of the bi-weekly cash prizes will be announced within the next (   )  working days after bi-weekly and the winner of the special cash prize winners will be announced within within one week after the end of the month, via KBZ Bank’s official website ‌ and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks) or will also be notified via SMS sent to the winners’ mobile phones. TThe cash prizes will be directly credited to the Winner’s respective KBZ Bank Account within ten (10) business days after the Winner was notified. KBZ Bank reserves the right to modify the Winner Announcement time and the cash prizes credited timeline without prior notice to the Winners in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank or gazetted holidays.
  4. Winners (Both the bi-weekly Prize Winner and the special cash prizes Winner) will be announced on social media via KBZ Bank’s official website ‌ and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks) or via SMS sent to the winners’ mobile phones. The winners acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use their name and phone number (not the full phone number) for the purpose of announcing them on social media and websites.
  5. Bi-weekly Cash Prize Winners and Special Cash Prize Winners will also be notified by KBZ Bank via SMS to the winner’s mobile phones after the prizes are credited.
  6. During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  7. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
  8. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
  9. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  10. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  12. All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions apply.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  14. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ Bank will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
