KBZ Online Banking – Transfer to Win Big Campaign (9th January to 31st March 2026) Terms and Conditions:

  1. KBZ Online Banking – Transfer to Win Campaign will run from 9th January 2026 to 31st March 2026.
  2. The purpose of the Campaign is for KBZ Online Banking (mBanking/ iBanking) New and Existing Customers who make Internal Account Transfer or Fast Transfer, Other Bank Transfer (24/7) or Other Bank Transfer (Banking Hours) transaction to win 2 prizes of one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) MMK, two hundred thousand (200,000) MMK and three hundred thousand (300,000) MMK twice a month (bi-weekly basic) during the Campaign Period and 1 mega prize five million (5,000,000 MMK) after the Campaign period for making transactions via KBZ Online Banking.
  3. All KBZ Online Banking New and Existing Customers who make transactions of Internal Account Transfer or Fast Transfer, Other Bank Transfer (24/7) or Other Bank Transfer (Banking Hours) via KBZ Online Banking during the Campaign period will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  4. Winners will be selected among all online banking Customers who make a transaction in any amount range with eligible products(Internal Account Transfer or Fast Transfer, Other Bank Transfer (24/7) or Other Bank Transfer (Banking Hours)) during the Campaign period and will be eligible to win 2 prizes of one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) MMK, two hundred thousand  (200,000) MMK and three hundred thousand (300,000) MMK twice a month (bi-weekly basic) as well as 1 mega prize five million (5,000,000 MMK). There is no limitation on the transaction times and amount. 
  5. The bi-weekly prize winner will be announced by SMS to the winner’s registered mobile number within the next ten (10)  working days after bi-weekly, and the cash prize will be credited to the bi-weekly prize winner’s KBZ Online Banking Account within ten (10) working days after informing via SMS. Winners will also be notified by SMS to their registered mobile number for confirmation after the cash prize is credited to their relevant KBZ Bank Account. 
  6. The mega prize five million (5,000,000 MMK) Winner will be announced within the next ten (10) working days after the Campaign period via KBZ Bank’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks), as well as SMS notification to the winner’s registered mobile number. And the cash prize will be credited to the Mega Prize Winner’s relevant KBZ Mobile Bank Account directly within ten (10) working days after informing via SMS.
  7. KBZ Bank employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
  1. Winners (Both the Bi-weekly Prize Winner and the Mega Prize Winner) will be announced on social media via KBZ Bank’s official website ‌ and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). The Winners acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the Winner’s name and mobile phone number (not the full phone number) to announce via KBZ Bank’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). The Winner Announcement date and credited timeline may be varied in the event of an event outside the control of KBZ or gazetted holidays.
  2. During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  3. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
  4. Customers are strictly forbidden to be involved in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
  5. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  6. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel, or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign, conditionally for any reason without giving any notice.
  7. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for any reason and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  8. All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions shall apply. 
  9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 
  10. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.            KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar, and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
