They can scam your money by acquiring the information via

  • Fake Viber Channel
  • Fake Email
  • Fake Website
  • Fake SMS
  • Fake Application

Ways of Phishing

  • Now, fraudsters create fake channels such as websites, Facebook pages that can be mistaken as KBZ Bank, its services or employees to steal customers’ personal information and financial information by sending messages via email or phone SMS, Viber, and Messenger.
  • Fraudsters make the customers’ to fill their KBZ mBanking Username and Password, KBZPay PIN/OTP Code, Credit/Debit card numbers, the Expiry Date and Security Code on the back of the card in the fake link.
  • Fraudsters pretend to be bank employees and fraudulently obtain customers’ OTP codes, log into KBZPay accounts and transfer money.

Customers are suggest to be careful of the above phishing in order to avoid the attacks of fraudsters.

  1. Do not access links in messages sent from suspicious phone numbers or email addresses. If you access these links via phone, you must not enter your banking information at all.
  2. NEVER share your OTP code, PIN, and Password with anyone else.
  3. KBZ Bank is not using any other email domain and phone number except the Email Domain ending with “@kbzbank.com” and KBZ Call Center number 09951018555 and KBZPay Call Center 3211.
  4. KBZ Bank employees will NEVER ask your OTP/PIN/Password.
