- The “Golden New Year Campaign” with a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max and many other prizes will be held from 1 March 2026 to 30 June 2026.
- To participate in the campaign, customers must hold a Savings Account with KBZ Bank. Only Personal Accounts (Individual/Joint) are eligible. Both Special Cash and Ordinary Savings Account types are included.
- The objective of this campaign is to reward Personal Account (Individual/Joint) customers who make monthly deposits into their Savings Accounts by offering lucky draw opportunities and monthly prizes.
- During the campaign period, Personal Account (Individual/Joint) customers of Savings Accounts will receive one (1) lucky draw entry to win an iPhone 17 Pro Max and many other prizes for every increase of MMK 500,000 in their monthly average balance compared to the previous consecutive two-month period, starting from March 2026. (The maximum numbers of Luck Draws for each Customer shall be calculated up to a total of 15,000)
Explanation: For March 2026, the number of lucky draw entries will be calculated by comparing the average monthly balance of March 2026 with that of February 2026. For every MMK 500,000 increase, customers will receive one (1) lucky draw entry. - During the campaign period, the total number of eligible lucky draw entries will be announced monthly between the 1st and 5th of each month on the official website of KBZ Bank.
- Monthly prize winners will be selected no later than the 7th of each month. Winners will be announced via KBZ Bank’s verified (blue check mark) social media channels and notified by SMS to their registered mobile numbers.

- Prizes won under this campaign are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
- Within seven (7) working days after winner selection, winners will be announced on KBZ Bank’s verified social media channels and notified via SMS. Winners must contact KBZ Bank Hotline at +95 9 951018555 or send their details (name, NRC number, phone number, current address, and confirmation SMS screenshot) via KBZ Bank’s verified Facebook Messenger or email to customer_service@kbzbank.com.
- After verification, KBZ Bank will inform winners of the designated location for prize collection.
- Winners agree that KBZ Bank may use their names for announcements on social media and websites.
- Customers acknowledge that prize availability may vary depending on location.
- Winners must personally collect their prizes at the designated address within ten (10) working days after being notified, together with required documents specified by KBZ Bank. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture. Prizes must be inspected upon collection. KBZ Bank will not be responsible for any defects after collection.
- Cash prizes for winners will be credited to the winner’s Savings Account within seven (7) working days after the announcement is made on the Bank’s Social Media Platforms.
- All prizes are subject to KBZ Bank’s final decision and each prize category may have its own specific terms and conditions. Upon the expiration of the Campaign period, any benefits derived from the Campaign shall also automatically expire.
- KBZ Bank employees are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
- KBZ Bank employees will never request OTPs or PIN information from participants.
- Fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. KBZ Bank reserves the right to disqualify and/or ban anyone suspected of fraud.
- In case of any disputes between customers and KBZ Bank regarding the campaign, responsible officials of KBZ Bank will resolve the matter in accordance with applicable laws, ensuring customers’ legal rights are not affected.
- KBZ Bank reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign and its benefits at any time without prior notice.
- Customers agree that they are not entitled to any compensation if the campaign is cancelled, terminated, or modified without prior notice.
- KBZ Bank’s general terms and conditions and the specific terms applicable to each prize shall also apply.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ Bank reserves the right to adjust campaign activities due to COVID-19 or any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond its control. KBZ Bank shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under such circumstances.
- These terms and conditions are written in both English and Myanmar languages. Both versions shall have equal effect. In case of discrepancy, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
