- KBZPay Customers can get Data Bonus from “Buy MPT AutoRenew Data Carry Plus, Get Data Gifts” Campaign.
- Campaign period is from 4th April, 2024 to 30th April, 2024.
- Customers can get Auto Renewal Data Carry Plus Pack 979 Ks = 434 MB (30 days validity) + 255 MB (5 days validity) + up to 1000GB Lucky data + 1 Hti Pauk Chance (up to 200GB), Auto Renewal Data Carry Plus Pack 2,319 Ks = 1024 MB (30 days validity) + 500 MB (5 days validity) + up to 1000GB Lucky data + 1 Hti Pauk Chance (up to 200GB) and Auto Renewal Data Carry Plus Pack 4,629 Ks = 2,048 MB (30 days validity) + 1 GB (5 days validity) + up to 1000GB Lucky data + 1 Hti Pauk Chance (up to 200GB) in this Campaign. Eligible Customers will get three Hti Pauk chances (up to 200GB and up to 1000 Club Points) whenever AR trigger happens.
- Auto Renewal Data Carry 979 Ks Pack: Participant who purchases applicable Auto Renewal Data Carry Pack shall receive 255MB bonus within 7 days which can be used for 5 days.
Auto Renewal Data Carry 2,319 Ks Pack: Participant who purchases applicable Auto Renewal Data Carry Pack shall receive 500MB bonus within 7 days which can be used for 5 days.
Auto Renewal Data Carry 4,629 Ks Pack: Participant who purchases applicable Auto Renewal Data Carry Pack shall receive 1GB within 7 days which can be used for 5 days.
- In case of any wrong credit, extra credit, or multiple credits of Promotion Bonus to a participant on account of any technical issue, MPT reserves the right to claim back the bonus on its own discretion.
- Eligible participants may buy applicable Auto Renewal Data Carry Plus Packages only at KBZPay application.
- Data Bonus benefit shall be valid for all data usage.
- Data Bonus shall be received for first purchase at KBZPay channel and will not be received when AR triggers.
- Data Bonus shall be received one time (at first purchase) per package per customer (MSISDN) during the promotion period. In the case of Customer buys same promotion package repetitively during Campaign period, Customer will receive bonus at first purchase only. In the case of Customer buys different promotion packages during Campaign period, Customer will receive bonus for each first purchase of different promotion packages.
- Data Bonus cannot be merged with each other.
- Data Bonus can be received within 7 days after purchase of the package.
- Data Bonus cannot be given when auto renew triggers.
- Multi purchase of same Auto Renewal packages allowed. However, multi purchase of different Auto Renewal packages does not allow. Customers have to unsubscribe the existing Auto Renewal package first to purchase the new different Auto Renewal package.
- Purchase of any Auto Renewal Data Carry Plus package is given one Hti Pauk Chance and Customer can also to win up to 200 GB by playing package Hti Pauk Lucky Draw at MPT4U App.
- Customers will get three Hti Pauk chances whenever Auto Renewal trigger happens and win up to 200GB & up to 1000 MPT Club Points by planning Hti Pauk Game in MPT4U.
- MPT will provide the Promotion Bonus based on the types of Packages purchased by KBZPay Customers. The Promotion Bonus can be changed by MPT time to time:
- If there any issues arise between Customers and MPT such as changing the package purchased, cancellation or refunds will be dealt with by MPT and Customer.
- During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
- During this Campaign period, KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
- During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- KBZPay has the right to cancel and/ or ban any participant who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
- KBZPay reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/ or withdraw the reward and/ or cancel and/ or vary its benefits or features, and/ or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
- KBZPay Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and MPT AutoRenew Data Carry Plus Terms and Conditions apply.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZPay reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
- These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
