Terms and Conditions for MPT “Special Monsoon Top Up Campaign on Digital Platform”

  1. As an appreciation to our valued KBZ Bank customers, we would like to give “Special Monsoon Promotion” which customers can win top up rewards by filling top up via KBZ mBanking.
  2. “Special Monsoon Promotion” campaign is from 25th August 2022 to 31st August 2022 only. 
  3. MPT GSM/ WCDMA prepaid users (Swe Thahar/ Shal Pyaw/ Shwe Zagar) can participate in the event by doing top-up via KBZ mBanking. Postpaid, CDMA, Base Tariff users and non- active users are not eligible to participate. During the campaign period, top-up from the Physical TopUp Card and E-load are not eligible to participate in this campaign. Balance transfer is not eligible. If customers top-up for  another number via KBZ mBanking, the  user who receives the top-up number is eligible for the campaign.
  4. Customers who top-up above 3,000 MMK can participate in the campaign and have a chance to win the top-up rewards starting from 3,000 MMK to 500,000 MMK. Winners will be selected within 10 days after the campaign period, and will be receiving the rewards within these 10 days. 
  5. In the case of circumstances beyond KBZ Bank and/or MPT’s control, the winner announcement date and the period for which the reward delivery date may change.
  6. Top up rewards can be used for Voice/ Data package, Voice/ SMS with unlimited days.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZ mBanking Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  8. During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN or Account information of Customers participating in this Campaign.
  9. During this Campaign period, KBZ mBanking Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ mBanking Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/ or ban any participant who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  12. KBZ Bank reserves the right, at any time, and without any prior notice, to terminate and/ or withdraw the prize and/ or cancel and/ or vary its benefits or features, and/ or vary, add to or delete any of the terms and conditions.
  13. KBZ mBanking Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  14. All normal KBZ mBanking terms and conditions apply.
  15. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ Bank will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  17. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
