When is the campaign period?
Campaign period is from 25th August to August 31st, 2022.
Who are eligible to participate in this campaign?
MPT GSM/WCDMA prepaid active users (Swe Thahar/ Shal Pyaw/ Shwe Zagar) can participate in this campaign.
When will the lucky winners be announced?
Winners will be selected within 10 days after the campaign period, and will be receiving the rewards within these 10 days
When is the expiration date of top up bill rewards?
Top up bill rewards can be used for purchasing Data package, Voice package , Voice/Data package, On-net calls/ SMS with no validation.
Why don’t we receive the top up bill rewards?
Customer has to make top up transaction 3,000Ks and above to participate in the campaign. Winners will be selected in mid of September 2022 and will receive the top up bill rewards from KBZ mBanking and KBZPay.
Is balance transfer eligible for the campaign?
Balance transfer is not eligible. If you top up for the other number from your KBZ mBanking and KBZPay, only other number is eligible for the campaign.
