- “Splash the way to Excitement and Chance to Win Thingyan Pocket Money” Campaign from 10th April 2024 to 16th April 2024.
- KBZPay Level 1.5 and 2 Customers will be able to participate and collect Thingyan water cups before the pocket money opening days from 13th to 16th April 2024.

6. The number of water cups after successful completion of each task is as follows

7. After successfully finishing Tasks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Customers can claim the Coupon only after clicking “Remaining Coupons” on the main campaign page. After the completion of Task (1) to Task (6), Customers will get above water cups and below a chance to win Coupons. Coupons are

8. In Task (6) which is Splash water to your friends, the person who splashes can splash three friends per day, and the person who gets splashed can only be splashed one time by the same friend per day, and can only be splashed from only three different friends in a day and get water cups.
9. If the Customer completes Task (7) “Buy from Digital Zay Mini App for 50,000 Ks and above”, the Customer gets a 1,000 Ks cashback and above (until the limited amounts are available) and limited water cups.
10. During this Campaign, the items ordered on the Digital Zay Mini App will be delivered to Customers starting on April 25, 2024, after the Thingyan holiday. In case of any issues such as changing the purchased products and canceling through the Digital Zay of KBZPay Application, Customers must contact Digital Zay directly and abide by Digital Zay’s discretion.
11. In Task (8): “Invite new KBZPay Users successfully”, the inviter can get a cashback of 1,000 Ks and above (only until 8 users successfully become KBZPay users) and limited water cups and the invitee can get 300 Ks Top Up Coupon after the invitee successfully become a KBZPay level (2) user. As for Self Onboarding, after the user successfully becomes KBZPay Level (2) user, the Customer will receive a 300 Ks Top Up Coupon.
12. KBZPay Customers can only use one Coupon for one purchase and pay with KBZPay and the purchase amount Coupons for these Coupons has to be as below.

13. Cashbacks will be delivered directly instantly to Customers’ wallets and Coupons will be found in “My Coupons” under “My profile”. Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days. The Discount Coupons and Cashbacks credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ Bank.
14. Customers who have collected the Thingyan Gifts on the 10th, 11th, and 12th of April can start collecting the pocket money at 8:00 PM from the 13th to 16th of April. Pocket money will be first come first serve only. As it is first come first serve basis, Customers are encouraged to log in to their KBZPay account before the start of the Campaign to get the chance to open the rewards.
15. If the Customer does not collect the pocket money at 8:00 p.m, the Customer will have to wait until the next day to open the pocket money. If the Thingyan water cups received by the Customer are used even on the first reward day, the Thingyan water cups need to be collected from the beginning for the next pocket money opening day.
16. Participants are not allowed to exchange, transfer, or exchange their Coupons as cash.
17. Customers can participate in this Campaign via KBZPay app banners, notifications, KBZPay Official Account articles, and invitation links from social media.
18. During this Campaign period, KBZPay Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. Notwithstanding the Clauses herein, Customers can enjoy the Coupons within (7) days as stated in Clause 12, if the Customer received the Coupons on the last day of the Campaign.
19. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
20. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZPay has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
21. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZPay regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZPay without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
22. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
23. KBZPay, at any time, shall have the right to amend, or cancel, or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
24. All normal KBZPay Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Merchant shall also apply.
25. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
26. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
27. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
