“Receive Overseas Transfers to Win Gold and Cash Prizes during Thadingyut” Campaign Terms and Conditions 

  1. “Receive Overseas Transfers to Win Gold and Cash Prizes during Thadingyut” Campaign is from 26th October 2023  to 25th November 2023. 
  2. Only KBZ Bank Account Customers or KBZPay level 2 Customers and those who receive Cash pick up service at KBZ Bank Branches for the overseas transfers can participate in this Campaign, and it is necessary to receive overseas transfers from any MTOs (Money Transfer Operators) of at least 200,000 MMK during the Campaign period.
  3. KBZPay Level 1 Customers and  Level 1.5 Customers need to upgrade to KBZPay Level 2 first successfully and new Customers must be registered as KBZPay  Level 2 Customer successfully and KBZ Bank Account Customers need to have Ordinary Accounts (Savings, Call, Current) or Cash Accounts (Special Savings, Call, Current)  The Customers who do not have any specific type of KBZ Bank account (or) KBZPay Account and receive overseas transfers at branches with Cash pick up are also eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  4. The prizes included in this Campaign are as follows.
  • First prize – Gold 1 Tical
  • Second prize – 1,000,000 MMK
  • Third prize – 500,000 MMK
  • Special Prizes – 100,000 MMK x 10 Prizes
  1. In this Campaign, (13) lucky winners will be randomly selected, winners will be announced via KBZ Bank Social Media Channel (with blue mark) and KBZPay Social Media Channel (with blue mark) within 3 business days from the end of the campaign. KBZ Bank will also contact the lucky winners by sending an SMS within (3) business days from the end of the Campaign. If KBZ Bank receives complete information, the winner will be notified of the address where the prize can be collected. The winner must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winners’ names and phone numbers (not in full digit) to announce on social media and on the website. 
  2. The winners need to send their personal information such as name, NRC number, phone number, and address, together with the winner confirmation SMS screenshot to the official KBZ Bank Facebook Page Messenger (or) KBZPay Facebook Page Messenger with Blue Mark (or) [email protected] (or) [email protected]
  3. The 1st prize (gold 1 tical) winner must collect the prize at the designated address within (10) business days from the date of notification. If the prize is not collected within the specified date, KBZ Bank will withdraw the prize. The winner must accept the prize only after it has been checked while collecting the prize. KBZ Bank will not be responsible for any defects or inconsistency in the prize collected by the winner.
  4. The first prize of Gold 1 Tical cannot be allowed to exchange, transfer or exchange their prize as cash. 
  5. The second prize 1,000,000 MMK, the third prize 500,000 MMK, and the special prizes 10 x 100,000 MMK will be debited directly to the winners’ KBZ Bank account or KBZPay Wallet within (3) business days after the winner announcement. Cash prize winners must have a KBZ Bank Account or be a KBZPay Level 2 Customer in order to receive the prizes.
  6. The Employees of the KBZ Bank will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  7. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
  8. During this Campaign period, participants will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period. 
  9. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
  10. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  11. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  12. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice. 
  13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  14. All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions apply.
  15. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  16. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these terms and conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  17. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
