- The purpose of this promotion is to appreciate the Customers (Trade and Non-trade) who use our Inward Remittance Services with KBZ Bank can receive their inwards for the “Free of Charge”.
- Customers can get 100% waived off Inward Charges for Exporters, CMP inwards, NGO and INGO inwards, and Other inwards remittances from any oversea countries.
- The Customers (Trade and Non-trade) who use Inward Remittance Services with KBZ Bank can receive inwards from any oversea countries for the “Free of Charge” during this promotion period.
- 100% Inward Charges are waived off only for the Customers (Trade and Non-trade) who use Inward Remittance Services with KBZ Bank, and other types of remittance Customers shall be paid remittance fees for the remittance services.
- The purpose of this promotion is to waive remittance charges for the Customers (Trade and Non-trade) who use Inward Remittance Services with KBZ Bank during the promotion period. In relation to remittance services, customers must comply with KBZ Bank’s normal remittance terms and conditions.
- During this promotion period, Customers will be able to use Inward Remittance Services free of charge and will be charged normal remittance fees for Inward Remittance Services at the end of this promotion period.
- In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank customers and KBZ Bank regarding this promotion,such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
- Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this promotion for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
- KBZ Bank , at any time, , shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or promotion and the benefits or features regarding this promotion conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
- All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions apply.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
- KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.KBZ Bank will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
- These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
