(1) The main objective of the “Lunar New Year Complimentary Gifts Campaign” is to increase the amount of Saving Deposits(Ordinary and Cash) at Kanbawza Bank and to encourage existing saving(Ordinary and Cash) deposit holders to save for more deposits.
(2) The period for “Lunar New Year” “Complimentary Gifts Campaign” will be from 9thFebruary to 27thth February 2026. Under this Campaign, the first 100 Customers to make an initial deposit will receive complimentary gifts based on the deposit amounts specified in Paragraph (3). Additionally, the first 50 new and existing Customers who make an initial deposit of 50 Million to 100 Million MMK and above before the Lunar New Year will receive both regular complimentary gifts and special ‘Lunar New Year Gifts’ at designated branches.
(3) During this Campaign, the first (100) customers who open a new account at (10) selected branches of the KBZ bank will receive gifts, based on the specified deposit amount, with (50) New Saving Deposit Customers, (40) Existing Saving Deposit Customers and Mobile Banking opening (10) customer per branch, for a total of (100) customers. The specified deposit amounts for gifts are as follows. In addition, the first depositor, New and existing customers (50), will be given a “Lunar New Year gift” at designated branches

(4) During the Campaign period, any new account opened under the account types mentioned in paragraph (1) above, or any deposit made into an existing account, will be eligible for the gift as mentioned in paragraph (3) at the following selected branches in Yangon Region, Mandalay Region, and Taunggyi.

(5) Under this Campaign, the gifts received by customers cannot be exchanged for cash at any time by KBZ, and customers are not entitled to request such an exchange.
(6) Customers are required to collect the gifts only at the branch described in Clause (4), where they have opened their new account. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the type and quantity of the gifts before collection. KBZ will not accept any exchange or replacement of gifts under any circumstances.
(7) Customers who open a new account after the specified limit for complimentary gifts by KBZ Bank has been reached understand and acknowledge that they will not be eligible to receive such gifts.
(8) Only customers who meet the specified criteria during this Campaign will be eligible to receive the complimentary gifts. Once the Campaign ends, these privileges will also expire.
(9) KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.
(10) Any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited during this campaign period. Kanbawza Bank has the right to disqualify and/or bar anyone who is suspected of committing fraud in any form.
(11) In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
(12) Kanbawza Bank may, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, amend, change, or terminate the specified rules and regulations, and/or cancel the program, and/or change, amend, add to, or delete any of the benefits or features related to the program, as the situation requires.
(13) The standard terms and conditions of Kanbawza Bank and the specific terms and conditions for prizes shall also apply.
(14) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
(15) Kanbawza Bank may, based on various circumstances, change any action taken due to the occurrence of COVID-19 or any other force majeure events and unforeseen natural disasters that are beyond the control of Kanbawza Bank. During the period of unforeseen events, Kanbawza Bank shall not be held liable or deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing the obligations stated herein, whether to a Kanbawza Bank customer or any other individual.
(16) These terms and conditions are written in both English and Myanmar, and both versions shall have the same meaning. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Myanmar versions, the terms and conditions written in the Myanmar language shall be considered correct.
