1. Kanbawza Bank has set the “Christmas & New Year ” campaign period from December 22, 2025 to January 9, 2026.
2. During this Campaign Period, customers who want to open and use a Credit Card (MPU ,UPI, VISA) will be able to open and use the Credit Card (MPU,UPI,VISA) for free.
3. During this Campaign Period, Customers who deposit NEW CASA account or apply for a new KBZ Credit Card (MPU ,UPI, VISA) at any of the seven (10) designated KBZ branches in Yangon, Mandalay, Taunggyi , Nay Pyi Taw and Malamying will also receive special gifts from KBZ Bank. The number of special gifts for the promotion period is limited, so customers will not be able to receive the special gift after the limit is exceeded.
4. The designated bank branches selected for this Campaign are as follows.

During this Campaign period, special gifts will be presented to the first 1000 customers who visit the 10 designated branches, as shown in Clause no 4, and deposit a NEW CASA account with a limit of 100 customers per branch, based on the stipulated deposit amounts. The required deposit amounts for receiving the gifts are as follows:

During this Campaign period, special gifts will be presented to the first 300 customers who visit the 10 designated branches, as shown in Clause no 4, and apply for a new KBZ Credit Card (MPU, UPI, VISA), with a limit of 30 customers per branch, will receive the gifts as follows:

5. Under this Campaign, the gifts received by customers cannot be exchanged for cash at any time by KBZ, and customers are not entitled to request such an exchange.
6. Customers are required to collect the gifts only at the branch described in Clause (3), where they have opened their new account. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the type and quantity of the gifts before collection. KBZ will not accept any exchange or replacement of gifts under any circumstances.
7. It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully check the type and quantity of the gift items before redeeming them. KBZ Bank will never exchange or refund any gift item
8. Customers who open new CASA accounts and credit cards after exceeding the number of gift items specified by KMBZ Bank will no longer be able to receive these gifts.
9. Only customers who meet the specified criteria during this Campaign will be eligible to receive the complimentary gifts. Once the Campaign ends, these privileges will also expire.
10. KBZ employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP, PIN, or KBZ Bank Account information.
11. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected of cheating in any form and/or manner.
12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
13. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
14. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend, cancel, or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign, conditionally for some reasons, without giving any notice.
15. All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions apply.
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
17. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party, or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions, for a failure to perform, or a delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
18. These terms and conditions are made in both English and Myanmar, and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
