“KBZ Bank – Thingyan Myanmar New Year Campaign (Terms & Conditions)”

(1)        KBZ Bank has designated the campaign period for the “Thingyan Myanmar New Year Campaign” from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026.

(2)        During the campaign period, the first 50 KBZBank customers who visit the designated (15) KBZ Bank branches located in Yangon, Mandalay, Nay Pyi Taw, Bago, and Shan State and make a deposit into either an existing deposit account or a newly opened deposit account of (Ordinary and Cash) CASA,CALL and Fixed Deposit    will receive  gifts according to the specified deposit amount. The  gifts for this campaign are limited in quantity. Once the allocated number of gifts has been exceeded, customers who make deposits will no longer be eligible to receive the gifts. (Depositing money means depositing money with Fresh Fund, transferring money to the above mentioned KBZ account via CBN NET)

(3)        Gifts received under this campaign cannot be exchanged for cash, and customers have no right to request such exchanges.

(4)        Customers must collect their gifts only from the branch where the deposit was made, as listed in Clause (2).

(5)        It is the Customer’s responsibility to carefully check the type and quantity of the gift items before redeeming them. If customers are unable to redeem the gift within the specified period, it will be withdrawn by KBZ Bank. KBZ Bank will never exchange or refund any gift items.

(6)        Once the allocated number of gifts is exhausted, customers depositing afterward will no longer be eligible to receive the gifts.

(7)        Only customers who meet the specified requirements during the campaign period will be eligible to receive the gifts. Once the campaign ends, the entitlement to these gifts will also end.

(8)        KBZ Bank staff will not contact participants to request personal information, OTPs, or PIN numbers under any circumstances.

(9)        Any form of fraudulent activity during the campaign is strictly prohibited. KBZ Bank reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit participation of anyone suspected of fraudulent behavior.

(10)      If any dispute arises between KBZ Bank and its customers regarding this campaign, KBZ Bank officials will review and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable laws, ensuring that customers’ legitimate rights are not adversely affected.

(11)      KBZ Bank reserves the right to amend, change, suspend, or cancel the campaign or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including changes to benefits or campaign features as necessary.

(12)      Customers acknowledge and agree that they are not entitled to any compensation if the campaign is cancelled, terminated, or modified without prior notice.

(13)      KBZ Bank’s general terms and conditions, as well as any terms and conditions applicable to the respective gifts, shall also apply.

(14)      These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and shall be interpreted in accordance with those laws.

(15)      KBZ Bank reserves the right to modify its operations in response to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to COVID-19 outbreaks or unforeseen natural disasters. During such events, any delay or inability to fulfill obligations under these terms shall not be considered a breach of the terms, and KBZ Bank will not be held liable to customers or any third party.

(16)      These Terms and Conditions are written in both English and Myanmar languages, and both versions carry the same meaning. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar language version shall prevail.
