1. This promotion will run during the following periods:
● 19 March 2026 – 28 March 2026
2. This promotion applies to money transfers through Jadepay to KBZ Bank accounts only. Transfers made to other payout channels or financial institutions will not qualify for participation in this campaign.
3. During the promotion period, the first 20 users each day who successfully complete a qualifying transfer will receive a promotional coupon with a value of up to THB 129. Winners will be determined based on the successful completion time of the transfer transaction.
4. Coupons will be provided to daily winners and can be used as a promotional code on the following day.
5. Each promotional code is valid for one-time use only and must be entered during the transaction process to receive the promotional benefit.
6. Once a transaction is initiated using the promotional code, it will be considered redeemed and cannot be reused, even if the transaction is cancelled or unsuccessful.
7. All promotional codes must be used before 31 May 2026. Any unused promotional codes after this date will automatically expire and cannot be redeemed.
8. Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. Promotional codes cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned to another user.
9. Promotional codes cannot be used in combination with any other promotions, campaigns, or discount offers.
10. In the event of a refund request or transaction reversal, any promotional discount or benefit applied through the promotional code will not be redeemed or refunded under any circumstances.
11. The promotion is subject to availability and limited to the daily quota of 20 winners. Once the daily quota is reached, no additional users will qualify for the promotion for that day.
12. By accepting coupons, winners agree that Jadepay may request their participation in publicity activities, including photography, videography, interviews, and promotional appearances.
13. Winners grant Jadepay the right to use their name, photograph, likeness, and/or statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, subject to the winners’ prior written consent.
14. Should any dispute arise regarding the promotion, the decision by Jadepay shall be final, and Jadepay reserves the right to forfeit any offers or rewards at its sole and absolute discretion.
15. JadePay reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
16. Jadepay shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event, which includes but is not limited to an act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, pandemic, epidemic, or any event beyond the control of Jadepay.
17. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
18. In the event these Terms or any Campaign promotional material are translated into a language other than English, it is done so solely for convenience, with only the English version of these Terms and promotional material being valid and binding (as applicable) upon Jadepay and the Participant(s).
