GME – THINGYAN REMITTANCE CAMPAIGN

1. This promotion will run during the following periods:
   • 1^st April 2026 – 31^st May 2026
2. This promotion is open to all GME customers who transfer money to KBZ Bank Account or KBZPay Account during the campaign period. All transactions must be successfully completed within the campaign period to qualify.
3. Customers who remit KRW 500,000 or above per transaction will be eligible. Each transaction of KRW 500,000 will receive one lucky draw entry. There is no limit on the number of transactions per customer.
4. 20 winners will be selected from all customers who remit during the campaign period. Winners will be selected by GME through a live lucky draw in the first week of June 2026. The live lucky draw will be conducted on GME official facebook channels.
5. The prizes are as follows:

• 24K Gold (3.75g) – 1 winner 
• Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra – 1 winner 
• Samsung Laptop – 1 winner 
• KRW 100,000 GME Wallet Cashback – 7 winners 
• KRW 50,000 GME Wallet Cashback – 10 winners, Total 20 winners within the campaign.

6. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits and cannot be transferred, resold, or assigned to another user.
7. By accepting prizes, winners agree that GME may request their participation in publicity activities, including photography, videography, interviews, and promotional appearances.
8. Winners grant GME the right to use their name, photograph, likeness, and/or statements for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, subject to the winners’ prior written consent.
9. Should any dispute arise regarding the promotion, the decision by GME shall be final, and GME reserves the right to forfeit any offers or rewards at its sole and absolute discretion.
10. GME reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. GME shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Campaign due to any force majeure event, which includes but is not limited to an act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, pandemic, epidemic, or any event beyond the control of GME.
12. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea.
13. In the event these Terms or any Campaign promotional materials are translated into a language other than English, it is done so solely for convenience, with only the English version of these Terms and promotional material being valid and binding (as applicable) upon GME and the Participant(s).
