On December 3rd, in honor of the ‘International Day of Persons with Disabilities’, KBZ Bank, with Shwe Minn Tha Foundation, held the “The Open Circle” Tea Talks Webinar.

KBZ Bank fosters an inclusive and equitable workplace. Understanding disability awareness and practical workplace adjustment is essential, fostering understanding and respect between employees and colleagues with disabilities to implement a respectful workplace.

The program featured discussions on the origin of International PWD Day and “Small Actions” employees can take. The discussion was shared by U Myat Thu Win, Founder of Shwe Minn Tha Foundation, U Thiha from Human Resource Function, and Daw May Thu Zin, Daw Hnin Yu May, and U Htun Win Aung, PWD employees of KBZ Bank.
