New User Interface – So Simple So Easy

Redesigning of the mobile banking user interface for a clean and simple look, with reduced and simplified steps needed to perform transactions. Icons and displays were updated to a modern and eye-catching look, so that important key features stand out.

Mobile Onboarding – Digital Mobile Banking:

Retail customers with existing bank relationships but do not have mobile banking access will be able be given mBanking access by submitting essential details (e.g. name, account number, mobile number, email address and NRIC/selfie) and getting verified by the bank. Due to the call back verification feature, the turnaround time is between 3 to 5 working days.

Myanmar version on m-banking

Myanmar language is available on KBZ mobile banking for your easier and simple banking experience supporting the message “So Simple, So Easy” and eradicates the risk of the wrong perception due to language barriers.


Cardless Withdrawal

Cardless Withdrawal enables to withdraw cash from KBZ ATMs without using any physical card. An 6-digit OTP will be sent to beneficiary and 4-digit OTP to the sender. The sender provides the 4-digit OTP code to the beneficiary and the beneficiary can thereafter visit any KBZ ATM; key in both the 6 digit account code and 4-digit OTP in order to withdraw cash. No ATM Card is required.

Benefits:

The Sender does not need to personally visit any branch and simply remit on the go, anywhere/ anytime in the world.

The Beneficiary can withdraw the cash at nearest KBZ_ATM in Myanmar.

Eradicates risk of card fraud transactions due to single-user password.

Remit2U

This features can allow the sender to remit money to the beneficiary via online banking by just knowing NRIC and phone number of the beneficiary.

Daily Transaction Limit – 3,000,000.00

Charges- 0.125% (min 300MMK) per transaction

Note: Auto Reversal will be adjusted to sender account if it is not withdrawn within 7 working days.

Benefits:

Sender: Does not need to go personally to branch and just remit on the go wherever and whenever your are.

Beneficiary: Can withdraw cash at any nearest KBZ branch around Myanmar by showing NRIC and 8 digit passcode received to their mobile phone.

Mobile Top Up

Mobile Top Up feature allows customer to do e-load top up directly from all the telecom operators in Myanmar such as MPT, Telenor, Ooredoo, MEC and MyTel via fingertips without incurring any service charges. With the availability of mobile top-up favorite function, maximum 5 numbers can be saved under favorite features so that the repeated phone numbers don’t need to be typed for next top-ups.

Gift Card

Gift Card feature allows customers enabling to purchase the dedicated e-pin from US Google Play Store Credits, US iTunes Store Credits, US Steam Credits, Viber Out Credits and Easy Points Credits. Then, the recipient can spend the gift card at dedicated online stores or apps.
