Tazaungdaing Complimentary Gifts Campaign” Terms and Conditions
  1. The main objective of the “Tazaungdaing Complimentary Gifts Campaign” is to increase the
    amount of fixed deposits at Kanbawza Bank and to encourage existing fixed deposit holders to
    save for the long term.
  1. The period for “Tazaungdaing Complimentary Gifts Campaign” will be from 1 st November to 30 th
    November , 2025.
  2. KBZ Bank customers who roll over and continue saving in 30-day Fixed Deposit Accounts, as
    detailed in the table below, will receive additional interest rates as shown in clause 4.
    Furthermore, they will receive a bonus interest rate when the deposit completes a 90-day term.
    The “Save Longer, Get More” Terms and Conditions regarding the additional interest rate was
    already released on September 29, 2025.

4. By performing a Rollover on the Fixed Deposit Accounts mentioned in the table above during the Campaign period, customers will receive an additional interest rate. The detailed interest rates that will be received can be viewed in the table below.

5. In addition, during the Campaign period, customers who open any of the account types specified in Clause (3) at the following selected branches  in major cities: Yangon Region, Mandalay Region, Nay Pyi Taw Region, Taunggyi Region, and Mawlamyine Region will be entitled to receive the complimentary gifts described in Clause (6), in addition to the interest rates offered under the “Save Longer, Get More” Campaign.

6. During this Campaign period, complimentary gifts will be presented to the first 900 customers who visit the 15 designated branches, as shown in Clause no 5, and open a new account, with a limit of 60 customers per branch, based on the stipulated deposit amounts. The required deposit amounts for receiving the gifts are as follows:

7. Under this Campaign, the gifts received by customers cannot be exchanged for cash at any time by  KBZ, and customers are not entitled to request such an exchange.

8. Customers are required to collect the gifts only at the branch described in Clause (5), where they have opened their new account. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the type and quantity of the gifts before collection. KBZ will not accept any exchange or replacement of gifts under any circumstances.

9. Customers who open a new account after the specified limit for complimentary gifts by KBZ Bank has been reached understand and acknowledge that they will not be eligible to receive such gifts.

10. Only customers who meet the specified criteria during this Campaign will be eligible to receive the complimentary gifts. Once the Campaign ends, these privileges will also expire. However, any additional bonus rates provided under the “’Save Longer, Get More’” program can continue to be earned in accordance with the rules and regulations established for that Campaign.

11. KBZ employees will never ask the participants in the Campaign for OTP, PIN, or KBZPay Account information.

12. Any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited during this campaign period. Kanbawza Bank has the right to disqualify and/or bar anyone who is suspected of committing fraud in any form.

13. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZPay Customers and KBZ regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.

14. Kanbawza Bank may, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, amend, change, or terminate the specified rules and regulations, and/or cancel the program, and/or change, amend, add to, or delete any of the benefits or features related to the program, as the situation requires.

15. The standard terms and conditions of Kanbawza Bank and the specific terms and conditions for prizes shall also apply.

16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

17. Kanbawza Bank may, based on various circumstances, change any action taken due to the occurrence of COVID-19 or any other force majeure events and unforeseen natural disasters that are beyond the control of Kanbawza Bank. During the period of unforeseen events, Kanbawza Bank shall not be held liable or deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing the obligations stated herein, whether to a Kanbawza Bank customer or any other individual.

18. These terms and conditions are written in both English and Myanmar, and both versions shall have the same meaning. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Myanmar versions, the terms and conditions written in the Myanmar language shall be considered correct.
