  1. The Campaign period will be held from 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024.
  1. In order to participate in this Campaign, Customers need to be KBZ Bank deposit  customers and Personal(Individual/Joint). Both Ordinary and  Special Cash Accounts are eligible for this Campaign. 
  1. The purpose of this Campaign is to provide  Personal Account’s (Individual/Joint) Customers who deposit monthly with a chance to win Monthly Prizes and Grand Prizes.
  1. This Campaign is eligible for Personal Account’s (Individual/Joint)  Customers who will receive one Lucky Draw ticket for every 10 Lakh (1,000,000) Kyats of average monthly deposits from January onwards.

    Explanation. In calculating the number of lucky draws for January 2024, the monthly average balance of January and the monthly average  balance of December shall be different. It is considered as one lucky draw for every increment of 1 Million (1,000,000) kyats.
  1. The total number of eligible Lucky Draw tickets for each customer can be checked in KBZ Bank Official Website from the first (1st) to (3rd) of every month during the Campaign period
  1. Monthly Lucky Draw Winners during this Campaign shall be notified and announced not later than the 7th day of every month. Lucky Draw Winners shall be informed via Official KBZ Bank Social Media Channel with Blue Mark and SMS shall be sent to the winners.
  1. During this Campaign, Customers will have the opportunity to receive Monthly Prizes from the Lucky Draw opportunity, and they will also have the opportunity to win Grand Prizes from the Lucky Draw opportunity that will be held in April.
  1. Rewards in the Campaign are as below:
  1. Rewards for Lucky Draw Campaign cannot be exchanged, transferred, assigned or refunded for cash.
  1. After selecting the Winners of the Monthly Prizes, an SMS will be sent to the winners’ mobile phones within 7 days of the beginning of the month. Winner will be reached by KBZ Bank via SMS and they can claim their prize by contacting to KBZ Bank Hotline Phone No. +95 9 951018555 (or) Official KBZ Bank Facebook Page Messenger with Blue Mark or by sending the email to [email protected] together with the confirmation SMS screenshot, name, NRC,  phone number and address.
  1. If KBZ Bank receives complete information from the Lucky Draw Winner, the Lucky Draw Winner will be notified of the address where the reward can be collected.
  1. The winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the Winner’s name to

announce on social media and on the website.

  1. The Customer understands and agrees that the rewards included in this Campaign shall be subject to variation in accordance with the specific location and temporal conditions.
  1. The Winner is required to redeem his/her prize at KBZ’s designated place along with the necessary documents to collect the reward within (10) business days. The Winner will not be available to claim the reward after the deadline. The Winner may accept the reward only after verification at the time of receipt. KBZ will not be liable for any errors or damage in the reward received by the Winner.
  1. All rewards are subject to the decision upon the KBZ Bank and each  reward coupon will include the relevant terms and conditions.
  1. KBZ Bank employees shall be ineligible to participate in this Campaign.
  1. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
  1. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.
  1. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank’s Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.
  1. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  1. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
  1. All normal KBZ Bank Terms and Conditions and Terms and Conditions specified in each reward coupons shall apply.
  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  1. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions during those circumstances.
  2. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
