Customer needs to have at least any one of KBZ accounts for applying Visa/Mastercard Prepaid Card.
(1) Customer needs to come any KBZ branches and brings original NRC (or) Passport
(2) Card Registration Fee – 10,000 MMK
(3) Card Initial Deposit – USD 50 (OR) 50,000 MMK
(4) Minimum card balance – USD 20 (OR) 20,000 MMK
Visa/Mastercard prepaid Card can be available to get within one working day.
For the application of Prepaid Card Lost/ Renewal, the card can be available to get within one working day at selected KBZ branches.
When the customer has at least any one of KBZ accounts, can apply Visa/Mastercard Prepaid Card with USD OR MMK currency for initial deposit.
When Prepaid Cardholder forgets the password, customer needs to contact Call Center by himself (or) goes to any nearest KBZ branches and request new PIN number. PIN Reissue Fee – 1 USD will be auto deducted from the card.
- The total monthly spending limit for the Prepaid Card is USD 1,500.
- For overseas ATM withdrawals, the daily limit is the equivalent of USD 50, with a weekly cap of USD 100. Over a four-week period, the maximum total withdrawal is USD 400. The remaining monthly balance of USD 1,100 is available for online payments and digital transactions.
Cardholders are permitted to top up their Prepaid Card to a maximum limit of USD 3,000, MMK 15,000,000, or an equivalent combination of both currencies, provided the total does not exceed the maximum allowable balance.
Customers may perform top-ups using USD, MMK, or a combination of both currencies.
The Prepaid Card Monthly Statement is automatically dispatched to the Customer’s registered email address on the 16th of every month.
Currently, top-ups via Account Transfer are not available.
The monthly usage period is calculated based on the standard calendar month.
The total monthly transaction limit, regardless of which wallet is used, is capped at USD 1,500 (or the equivalent amount in MMK).
You may top up your Prepaid Card in USD starting from a minimum of USD 50, up to the designated card wallet limit of USD 3,000.
You may top up your Prepaid Card in MMK starting from a minimum of MMK 50,000, up to a maximum wallet limit of MMK 15,000,000.
