“Use KBZ mBanking to Win Exciting Cash Prizes”Terms and Conditions:

  1. The “Use KBZ mBanking to Win Exciting Cash Prizes” Campaign is specified from 1st Oct 2025 to 31st Oct 2025.
  2. The purpose of the “Use KBZ mBanking to Win Exciting Cash Prizes” Campaign is to express appreciation to KBZ Online Banking Customers by offering weekly lucky draw to win  and enjoy valuable cash rewards including 30 cash prizes of 10,000 MMK, 3 cash prizes of 50,000 MMK and 1 cash prize of 300,000 MMK  during the Campaign Period  and 1 grand prize of 1,000,000 MMK will be awarded through final lucky draw after the Campaign period  for making transactions via KBZ Online Banking .
  3. All KBZ Online Banking Customers who make transactions of Internal Transfer/ Fast Transfer, Bill Payment, QuickPay and Gift Card via KBZ online banking during the Campaign period will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  4. During the Campaign period, Customers who make a transaction through KBZ online banking with eligible products (Internal Transfer/ Fast Transfer, Bill Payment, QuickPay and Gift Card) will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw by spending a minimum of 30,000 MMK and for every MMK 30,000 spent, customer will receive one lucky draw entry.  Each week, a total of 34 cash prizes and the grand prize of MMK 1,000,000 will be awarded. There is no limit to the number of lucky draw entries a customer can earn based on their transactions.
  5. The Winners must acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the winner’s name and  mobile phone number (not the full phone number) to announce via KBZ Bank’s official website ‌and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks) . The weekly prize Winners will be announced by SMS daily on the working days. Winners will be announced on social media every Friday via KBZ Bank’s official website ‌ and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). The grand prize winner will be announced on 5th November 2025.  
  6. Winners will also be notified by SMS for confirmation after cash is credited to their KBZ Mobile banking account. KBZ Employees are not eligible for this Campaign.Cash will be credited to the Winner’s KBZ Bank account within ten (10) working days after  informing via SMS. Winner Announcement date and Credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ or gazetted holidays.
  7. During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank  Customers will be entitled to enjoy benefits stated in these terms and conditions, which will expire at the end of this campaign period.
  8. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
  9. Customers are strictly forbidden to be involved in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
  10. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  11. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  12. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the terms and conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
  13. All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions shall apply. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 
  14. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.            KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  15. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
