1. “Lucky Draw Campaign in Grand Hantha International Hospital” is valid from 5th July 2025 to 7th July 2025 (3 days).
2. During the campaign period, the following KBZ Debit Cards and Credit Cards are eligible.

3. During the Campaign period, cardholders can participate in the campaign by purchasing Medical Check-Up Packages of a minimum 500,000 MMK with KBZ Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards by KBZ POS in Grand Hantha International Hospital and get a chance to win lucky draw prizes and special gifts.
4. During this Campaign period, KBZ Debit and Credit Cardholders who purchase Medical Check-Up Packages and spend a minimum of 500,000 MMK and above on KBZ POS successfully in Grand Hantha International Hospital get chances to win the Lucky Draw. During this promotion period, only the first (15) people who make a total purchase of five hundred thousand (500,000) kyats or more by using the KBZ Bank Debit Card or Credit Card, mentioned in Clause (2), will be eligible to win the Lucky Draw.Cardholders beyond the 15th will receive special gifts from KBZ Bank. Each KBZ Bank Debit Card and Credit Card mentioned in Clause (2) will be eligible for this lucky draw only once (1) per day.
5. The following lucky draw prizes and special gifts will be included in the Campaign:

✤ Fifty Thousand (50,000) MMK – 5 Prizes

✤ Silver Gift Set worth fifty thousand (50,000) MMk – 5 Prizes
✤ Special Gifts from KBZ Bank – 30 Prizes
6. The Lucky Draw amount will be credited directly to KBZ Bank account linked by KBZ Bank Debit Card and Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay, and MPU) of the Lucky Draw eligible Cardholders within (7) working days after the end of the Campaign. The Lucky Draw eligible Cardholders will receive an SMS from KBZ Bank after the Lucky Draw prize has been credited. Silver Gift Sets,valued at fifty thousand (50,000) MMK and Special Gifts from KBZ Bank will be awarded immediately on the day of the Campaign.
7. The lucky draw winners are not allowed to exchange,transfer, or exchange their gifts as cash.
8. The date for crediting the lucky draw prizes may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control.
9. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN.
10. During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Cards will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this campaign period.
11. Customers are strictly forbidden to involve in any other form or manner of fraudulent activity during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activity.
12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Debit Card and Credit Card Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.
13. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or campaign and the benefits or features regarding this campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.
14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.
15. All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Grand Hantha International Hospital shall also apply.
16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
17. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions during those circumstances.
18. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
