1. The “August F&B Lucky Draw Campaign”  will be held from 29th August 2025 to 12th September 2025    (15) days.

2. During the Campaign period, the following KBZ Debit Cards and Credit Cards are eligible.

3. During the Campaign period, Cardholders have to dine at the specified Hot Pot outlets with a minimum of (2) persons or more and paying by using KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Card (VISA, MPU-UnionPay and MPU) specified in Clause 2 on KBZ POS and get chances to win the Lucky Draw.

5. Lucky Draw Prizes will be given instantly by the relevant Hot Pot outlets . Coupon winners must use the Coupon in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective  Hot Pot outlets .

6. To participate in this Campaign,Customers who pay for (2) persons using a single KBZ Debit or Credit Card at the Hot Pot outlets will be entitled to one (1) chance at the Lucky Draw. Customers who pay for (4) persons or more will be entitled to two chances at the Lucky Draw. Each KBZ Bank Debit and Credit card entitles up to two (2) chances of Lucky Draw per day.

7. As there is a limit to the number of Lucky Draws for eligible payment during this Campaign, Customers will not be eligible for Lucky Draw once the limit is reached.

8. The lucky draw winners are not allowed to exchange,transfer, or exchange their gifts as cash.

9. During this Campaign period, the Cardholders of KBZ Bank Debit Card and KBZ Bank Credit Cards will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this campaign period.

10. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.

11. Customers are strictly forbidden to cheat in any other form or manner during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner.

12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customers.

13. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign conditionally for some reasons without giving any notice.

14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for some reasons and/or variation to these Terms and Conditions without giving any notice.

15. All normal KBZ Bank Card Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of relevant  Hot Pot outlets shall also apply.

16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

17. KBZ reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves. KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances.

18. These Terms and Conditions are made both in English and Myanmar and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
