KBZ Online Banking – Internal Transfer Campaign (4th July to 31st July 2025) Terms and Conditions

  1. KBZ Online Banking Internal Transfer Campaign will run from  4th July 2025, to 31st July 2025.
  2. The purpose of the KBZ Online Banking Internal Transfer Campaign is for KBZ Online Banking New and Existing Customers who make Internal Account Transfer or Fast Transfer transaction to win 5 prizes of 30,000 MMK and 2 prizes of 50,000 MMK every Thursday (10th, 17th, 24th & 31st July 2025)  during the Campaign Period and 1 mega prize (1,000,000 MMK) after the Campaign period for making transactions via KBZ Online Banking.
  3. All KBZ Online Banking New and Existing Customers who make transactions of Internal Transfer and Fast Transfer via KBZ Online Banking during the Campaign period will be eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  4. Winners will be selected among all online banking Customers who make a transaction in any amount range with eligible products(Internal Transfer and Fast Transfer) during the Campaign period and will be eligible to win 5 prizes of 30,000 MMK and 2 prize of 50,000 MMK every thursday as well as 1 mega prize (1,000,000 MMK). There is no limitation on the transaction times and amount. 
  5. Every Thursday Prize Winners will be announced by SMS within the next five working days, and the cash prize will be credited to the Every Thursday Prize Winner’s KBZ Mobile banking account within ten (10) working days after informing via SMS. Winners will also be notified by SMS for confirmation after cash is credited to their KBZ Mobile banking account. 
  6. The mega prize (1,000,000 MMK) Winner will be announced within the next five working days after the Campaign period via KBZ Bank’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks), as well as the SMS notification. And the cash prize will be credited to the Mega Prize Winner’s KBZ Mobile banking account within ten (10) working days after informing via SMS.
  7. Winners (Both the Every Thursday Prize Winner and the Mega Prize Winner) will be announced on social media via KBZ Bank’s official website ‌ and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). 
  8. The Winners acknowledge and agree that KBZ Bank may use the Winner’s name and mobile phone number (not the full phone number) to announce via KBZ Bank’s official website and KBZ’s Official Social Media Channels (with blue marks). Winner Announcement date and credited timeline may be varied in the event outside the control of KBZ or gazetted holidays.
  9. During this Campaign period, KBZ Bank Customers will be entitled to enjoy the benefits stated in these Terms and Conditions, which will expire at the end of this Campaign period.
  10. KBZ Bank employees will not contact participants in the Campaign to ask for OTP or PIN or KBZ Bank Account information.
  11. Customers are strictly forbidden to be involved in any other form or manner of fraudulent activities during this Campaign. KBZ Bank has the right to cancel and/or ban any Customer who is suspected to be involved in any form and/or manner of fraudulent activities.
  12. In the event of any dispute arising between KBZ Bank Customers and KBZ Bank regarding this Campaign, such dispute will be examined carefully and finally resolved by the authorized officers of KBZ Bank without any prejudice to the statutory rights of the Customer.
  13. KBZ Bank, at any time, shall have the right to amend or cancel or terminate the Terms and Conditions and or Campaign and the benefits or features regarding this Campaign, conditionally for any reason without giving any notice.
  14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that there is no right to receive any compensation as a result of cancellation or termination of this Campaign for any reason and/or variation to these terms and conditions without giving any notice.
  15. All normal KBZ Bank terms and conditions shall apply. 
  16. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. 
  17. KBZ Bank reserves the right to revise initiatives introduced in response to COVID-19 and natural disasters or force majeure events at any time, as the situation evolves.            KBZ will not be liable to the Customer or any other party or be considered in breach of these Terms and Conditions for a failure to perform, or delay in performing, any such obligation set out in these Terms and Conditions while those circumstances continue.
  18. These Terms and Conditions are made in both English and Myanmar, and both versions shall be equally authentic and effective. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Myanmar version shall prevail.
