1. Who can participate in the campaign?

All KBZ Bank MPU-UnionPay Asia Prestige Platinum Credit Card and KBZ Bank MPU-UnionPay Asia Prestige Diamond Debit holders who make payments using one of the cards can participate in the campaign. 

2. What is the campaign period for the “Enjoy Cash Rebate throughout the year by using your KBZ MPU-UnionPay Asia Prestige Debit/Credit Card for payments”  campaign? 

The campaign period will be from 8.4.2023 to 7.4.2024. 

3. How do I participate in the “Enjoy Cash Rebate throughout the year by using your KBZ MPU-UnionPay Asia Prestige Debit/Credit Card for payments” campaign? 

Cardholders must use their KBZ Bank MPU-UnionPay Asia Prestige Platinum credit card or KBZ Bank MPU-UnionPay Asia Prestige Diamond debit card to make international purchases of at least USD 15 at POS locations or e-commerce websites connected to the Unionpay network (Foodpanda, Facebook payments, ACCA exam fees, Agoda, trip.com,  etc.) during the campaign period to be eligible.

4. What are the cash rebate amounts?

The monthly cash rebate amounts that can be earned by the cardholders are-

If the total monthly spend per Cardholder is between USD 15.00 and USD 49.99, you will receive a 1% cash rebate.

If the total monthly spend per Cardholder is between USD 50.00 and USD 99.99, you will receive a 1.5% cash rebate.

If the total monthly spend per Cardholder is USD 100.00 or more, you will receive a 2% cash rebate.

5. What is the maximum amount of cash rebate that can be earned?

The maximum monthly rebate amount for one card is USD 100.

6. What is the minimum spending amount to earn 1% cash rebate? 

To earn 1% cash rebate, a minimum of USD 15.00 or equivalent amount must be used.

7. How can I collect the earned cash rebate amount? 

All cash rebate amounts will be topped up to the cardholder’s card directly within 10 working days after the end of each month. The winning amount will not be transferred as cash. The date for receiving the prize may vary due to public holidays or circumstances beyond KBZ Bank’s control.

8. Am I eligible to receive the cash rebate during the whole campaign period?

Yes. Anyone will be eligible to receive cash rebates during the whole campaign period. 

9. Is there a maximum amount for cash rebate? Is there a limit?

Maximum rebate amount for one card per month is USD 100. If the customer already earns up to USD 100 during the first month, they are still eligible for the cash rebate amount next month.

Who can participate in the “Win A Million in the New Year” campaign?

Everyone who uses KBZ Bank MPU-UPI credit card to make any transaction can participate in the “Campaign name” campaign.

How to participate in the “Win A Million in the New Year” campaign? 

Anyone who makes KBZ Bank MPU-UPI credit card transactions during the campaign period will automatically be eligible to participate in the campaign.

There is no limited amount of transactions and customers who use KBZ Bank MPU-UPI credit card will be automatically eligible for the coupons. The more transactions you make, the higher the chance of winning. 

The campaign period will be from 20.12.2022 to 31.1.2023.

When will the winners of the campaign be announced?

The winners of the campaign will be announced in the second week of February, 2023.

What kind of gifts will be included in the campaign?

The following gifts will be included in the “Win A Million in the New Year” campaign:

– MMK 1,000,000

– MMK 300,000 

– MMK 200,000

– Lucky draw coupons 

Can all customers from across Myanmar participate in the campaign? Are there any restrictions?

All customers from Myanmar can participate in the campaign.

If I won the campaign gifts, how will I be informed? 

Winners will be announced on KBZ Bank Facebook Official page (with blue mark). KBZ Bank will also send SMS to winners.

If I won the campaign gifts, how will I collect them? 

Winners will have to pick up the prizes at the designated branch. The details of the address will be provided either through SMS or Email. The winner must bring their NRC and show the SMS sent by the bank as a proof of winning the prize and in order to verify their identity. 

If I won the cash rebate, how can I collect it? 

The  winning cash rebate amount will be topped up to the winners’ KBZ Bank MPU-UPI credit card. The winning amount will not be transferred as cash.

Is there a time limit for collecting the gifts? 

The gifts must be collected within (1) month after verification or the chance of winning will be forfeited.
