  2. Every payment must be a transaction made by Visa card at any online merchant, one transaction is equal to one chance to win prizes. 
  3. Win money top up on Visa credit or prepaid card account, value 100,000 MMK per prize, for 50 prizes per month, total 300 prizes, total prize value 30,000,000 MMK.
