Key details of UnionPay Asia Prestige Program (For Platinum Credit Cardhoders)
(a) Process to access to Global Airport VIP Lounge Service
Once you have collected your card, you will receive SMS / email from DragonPass with website link for you to download the Application to your smart phone together with user and password to enable you to login. Once log in, you will be able to see the Account Information (ID) and number of times you are entitle for the use of the lounge. Whenever you wish to use the Global VIP Lounge Service, you have to show the DragonPass ID on your smart phone, your International Passport, Boarding Pass and KBZ UPI Platinum Credit Card to the receptionist at the lounge to gain entry.
(b) Travel Mate Asia
Travel Mate. Asia is a UnionPay program mainly designed for residents and visitors in Asia who are looking for unique preferential services. The program provides you with exclusive access to Top 20 Asian destinations travel resources and benefits from selected Asian attraction discounts, transportation, WIFI service and merchant privileges within the hotel, dining and shopping.
